1) How do you cancel your order?
It depends on the status of the order. If it
has just been purchased and isn't out of the store room yet, then it may
be possible to cancel the order. But if the items have been dispatched
and are already on their way, unfortunately it won't be possible to
cancel the order.
2) When will my card be charged with
the fee?
It will be charged immediately. When you
receive your confirmation by email immediately after you purchase, the
money will be taken out of your account.
3)What if my products don't fit or I
don't want them anymore?
If the products are in the same condition
as to what you received them in, within 28 days, you are entitled to a
full refund. If the items are damaged in any way, unfortunately we will
be unable to exchange them.
4) How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery: £2.90 (3-4 working
days)
Fast delivery: £4.20 (next day delivery
if ordered before 6pm the previous night)
International delivery: £6.70 (10-14
working days)
5) What delivery service will be
delivering the items?
We use Parcel Service as they are a
reliable service to which we trust. If your not in, the delivery man
will leave a note in your letterbox saying if you were out along with
the date and time. You can then collect your parcel at your local post
office.
