Ursula McCoy is currently the owner of Cutting Edge, a hairdressing salon which is run to style all her clients hair to there perfection. The salon is situated at the owner’s house on the Moneyglass Road, in Toome.

At the moment Ursula’s business is small with just herself and another part-time hairstylist working along with her.   Ursula has realised that the business is doing well and she would like to expand her business as well as make some changes.

Cutting Edge finds that the business is quite small and is still growing, and the owner is considering to move to a larger premises were she could have a larger space for her a system to run. Therefore, as she is expanding her business she will need to employ more employees to assist new clients that are coming to ‘Cutting Edge’ to get there hair styled.

As Cutting Edge has expanded the hair salon has now been moved to larger premises in Toome itself, with more staff to assist in the salon as well as to meet all the clients needs.
